Tom is a senior partner in the Hattiesburg office of Aultman, Tyner and has been practicing law since 1972. His practice is focused on complex tort litigation, environmental and toxic tort defense, product liability and insurance defense. Tom has tried over 300 jury trials and was most recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 25th anniversary edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Personal Injury Litigation. Tom was also voted one of the Mid-South's Super Lawyers in 2006, 2007, 2008 and holds the designation of Advocate from the American Board of Trial Advocacy.
