Heath is a partner in the Hattiesburg Office of Aultman, Tyner and has been practicing law since 2002. His practice is focused on insurance defense, insurance coverage issues, bad faith defense, corporate defense, medical malpractice/medical and legal professional negligence defense, education law, election law, and wills and estates.

Heath is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern Mississippi, where he teaches education law, and was recently named Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Frances A. Karnes Center for Gifted Studies at Southern Miss.
